# Shopify Functions Logs

Shopify Functions are used by developers to build and customize apps. Apps using Shopify Functions have a "Share function logs" section in the app settings within your Shopify admin. Sharing these logs can help developers troubleshoot issues.

**Key Points:**

* Shared function logs cover the app's activity over the last 24 hours.
* Logs might contain sensitive personal information (e.g., customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses).
* Only share logs with trusted developers.

**Steps to Share Function Logs:**

1. From your Shopify admin, click **Settings** > **Apps and sales channels**.
2. Tap the name of the app you need help with.
3. In the "Share function logs" section, click **Share logs**.
4. In the modal window, click **Share logs** to submit the logs, which will be shared directly with the app developer.
